Common/Maori name(s):
A small form of Pittosporum tenuifolium growing to 1.5m tall by 1m wide. Has smaller leaves than P. tenuifolium and has compact growth. Perfect for a small hedge or for shaping into topiary. Grow in sun or part shade with moist but well drained soil. Hardy to frost but may struggle if ground remains too wet. Will grow better if compost and mulch are used on poor soils. Small dark flowers in spring are great for supporting insects.
