Hebe Spring Festival is an evergreen shrub growing to 60cm x 60cm. It has fairly succulent leaves making it good for dry exposed conditions. In late spring and summer it has loose long raecemes of white flowers with a tinge of lilac. Prune after flowering to keep a tight round shape. Needs well drained soil but will grow better with some moisture. Add compost when planting to in poor soils. Can grow in full sun or part shade. Hardy to frost especially if drainage is adequate.
