Lancewoods are striking in their juvenile form resembling the shape of an arrow fin. Leaves are long and toothed, dark green with a light yellow stripe through the middle. Once around 3m in height leaves will broaden turn up and branches will begin to form eventually growing to 12m high by 3m wide. Naturally grows in deep forest litter. Grow in moist but well drained fertile soil. Protect from frost when young, possibly planting in between or below established plants and trees. Shelter from wind. Evergreen.
