A fast growing shrub that naturally grows on the coast. Can reach a height of 5m high and 3m wide but is often used as a hedge. Glossy dark green leaves can tolerate high wind. Also very good for dry soils. Needs to be kept in warmer locations and can handle mild frosts to minus 5c.
