PB Bags are black polyethylene bags used for growing containerised plants. They are designed to be removed prior to planting. Larger numbered PB bags are larger grades, therefore larger plants.

The number represents the volume of the bag in pints (hence "PB" or Pint Bag). See below conversion rates to L of some of our common PB Bag sizes.

PB3 = 2L

PB6.5 = 3.5L

PB18 = 12L

If your landscaping or planting plan requires a certain pot size, eg 2.5L, you can substitute in the equivalent PB bag size. Please contact us for more information.
